Colin and Alyson Anstey have been making and supplying traditional cheeses, including their famous Old Worcester White, from their farm in Worcestershire since 1985. Their own cheeses are carefully handmade using unpasteurised milk and vegetarian rennet and are traditionally clothbound. Ansteys are members of the Specialist Cheesemakers Association (SCA) -
the Heart of England Fine Foods (HEFF) and associate members of the National Farmers’ Retail & Markets Association (FARMA). We currently stock two of their cheeses:
