produce shown on this site is featured in a variety of beautifully
presented traditional hampers by Nurses Cottage. Each hamper
is specially prepared with quality and taste as a priority.
Aside from our seasonal selections and calendar classics, we're
always delighted to make up custom hampers for that special
occasion or exclusive gift - whether it be a summer picnic or
Christmas celebration.

The
Cider Drinker's Hamper
Features speciality local cider from the three counties.
All scoured from local cider produces some, who still
use the old fashioned wooded press.
Four
ciders feature - Lyne Down cider, Much Marcle: Roaring
Meg
which is named after the cannon that was used during
the English civil war by the roundheads to capture the
castle at Goodrich; Prior's Tipple, from Cleeve
Prior, Evesham which was first set up to use

the
unwanted fruit from the remnants of old orchards and gardens
that still remain in the Vale of Evesham. This in turn encourages
the preservation and further planting; Minchews
Real Cyder, Ashchurch Kevin Minchews ciders are fermented
with natural yeasts and without artificial assistance. The cider
is made on a wooden press and matured in oak barrels; Barbourne
Cider, Worcester - Barbourne cider and perry is made from
Worcestershire apples and pears. There cider won an award and
the 2007 Ross on Wyre cider festival.
