Tiltridge vineyard is situated close to Upton on Severn and close the Bredon Hill. The vineyards were first established in the late 1980's with the planting of three grape varieties. Tiltridge produce high quality still and sparkling wines named after the composer Edward Elgar who is so closely associated with this area. The wines are fresh and fruity- typically of the English style. Nurses Cottage uses two of their wines for hampers, the Elgar Medium Dry 2003 and the Elgar Sparkling 2002 (Brut).
